More than 100 malaria and typhoid patients were reaching the hospital every day. Including other seasonal illnesses, about 1,000 patients were found queuing for treatment daily.<\/p>\n<p>According to hospital management, patient numbers had risen up to threefold in the previous 15 to 20 days. Beds were completely full in the children\u2019s ward, the gynaecology department and the general wards.<\/p>\n<p>Hospital superintendent Dr Rahul Mishra said large numbers of patients were also coming with viral fever, cold and cough and other seasonal illnesses.
