Complaints of traders selling fertiliser at arbitrary prices were being received not only from Mangawan but from the entire district. Fertiliser not reaching the cooperative societies while being stored in traders\u2019 warehouses placed the role of the responsible officials under suspicion. Speaking to journalists, the affected farmers demanded justice.
