He said that whenever BJP governments had been in power in the state, farmers had always had to struggle with shortages of fertiliser, water and electricity. Shiv Singh also said it was time to teach the Chief Minister and BJP leaders a lesson in every village, because if the coming crop failed, people of the state would be forced to starve for lack of food. He said that if anyone in the state now died of hunger, Chief Minister Mohan would be responsible.
