About Us

Vindhya Satta is the state’s first “new age” Hindi news website. It is modern in its language, attitude and news criteria. Through the day it brings a selection of stories, each with 360-degree coverage: the full report and the analysis of a story in one place. It also offers additional features such as quizzes, polls, memes and videos.

The special strength of Vindhya Satta is its language. It writes the news exactly the way the young generation speaks, and desi and English words come to it freely.

Vindhya Satta does not chase every story. But for the stories it covers, it brings a fresh angle. It does not run sensational stories, and it does not do bikini-shoot or affair-style gossip. It is progressive and assertive on gender, caste and social justice.

We bring not just news but views as well, and these views are not mere intellectual jargon. They include personal experience, which helps the reader of the news connect in a new way.
