The QR code was to be put up in hostels and various schools in the district, especially girls’ schools. To lodge a complaint, a student had to scan the QR code, after which an online form would open. There they could write and send their problem, information or complaint. The message would reach Shahdol Superintendent of Police Ramji Shrivastava and his special monitoring team directly.
