Court ordered removal of iron poles railways put up at Budhar station approach
A Budhar civil court ordered the removal of iron poles the railways installed on the station approach road, which had obstructed vehicle movement for residents and passengers.

By driving iron poles into the approach road to Budhar railway station, the railways created a serious problem of vehicle movement for citizens and passengers on the market road and the station approach road. A plaint was filed in the civil court over this important public-interest problem.

Railways put up iron poles; court ordered removal
On 22 August, Additional Judge Akanksha Tekam of the court of the First Civil Judge, Senior Division, Budhar, ordered that the iron poles be removed and traffic on the blocked road be restored smoothly for the public. The plaint was filed in Budhar civil court by Pawan Kumar Chamadia, Kailash Singhania and Rohini Prasad Garg. Advocate Satyendra Shukla argued the case.
