During the review, he directed departmental officers to ensure that all CM Helpline complaints pending for up to 50 days are resolved by 30 August. He directed that L-1 officers themselves monitor CM Helpline complaints and record replies on their resolution. The Collector directed officials that services to be provided within time limits under the Public Service Guarantee Act had to be delivered within those limits. Similarly, he instructed officers of other departments where a Citizen’s Charter applied under the Act, and where services had to be provided within time limits, to ensure services were delivered on time. Additional Collector Sarodhan Singh, Zila Panchayat CEO Saumya Anand, Sub-Divisional Officer (Revenue) Arvind Shah, Deputy Collectors Jyoti Paraste, Bhagirathi Lahre and Antonia Ekka, and officials of various departments were present at the meeting.
