Railways put up iron poles; court ordered removal

On 22 August, Additional Judge Akanksha Tekam of the court of the First Civil Judge, Senior Division, Budhar, ordered that the iron poles be removed and traffic on the blocked road be restored smoothly for the public. The plaint was filed in Budhar civil court by Pawan Kumar Chamadia, Kailash Singhania and Rohini Prasad Garg. Advocate Satyendra Shukla argued the case. As a result of the court’s decision, with the iron poles removed, passengers would now get direct access from near the railway bridge to the railway station, and vehicle movement would also become smooth.
