National Lok Adalat was to be held on September 13, said Additional District Judge, Deosar
A large-scale National Lok Adalat was to be held on September 13, 2025, to settle pending and pre-litigation cases, Additional District and Sessions Judge Dinesh Sharma of Deosar said.
Under the Madhya Pradesh State Legal Services Authority, a large National Lok Adalat was to be held on September 13, 2025. As per NALSA directions, pending and pre-litigation cases were to be taken up for settlement. Concerned officers and employees had been instructed to make all other preparations.
Preparations were under way to settle as many compoundable cases as possible. Additional District and Sessions Judge Dinesh Sharma of Deosar said the court’s intention was that all kinds of pending cases be resolved quickly, and extensive publicity was being carried out so that the public and litigants could benefit from the Lok Adalat.
